Course of a group session QHHT

Introduction

To begin with, we will briefly discuss what QHHT exactly means. We also listen to 1 or more fragments that were recorded during an individual session of people who made a clear connection with their higher selves. I will also provide some points of attention and guidelines regarding the group session itself.

Set intentions

Before we start the session we will think about our intentions: what do we want to know more about, where do we need help or clarity?

We write down our intentions. By thinking about our intentions and writing them down, we are already in contact with our higher self.

The Hypnosis

The hypnosis lasts between 1 and one and a half hours  and consists mainly of a guided visualization that also includes a lot of positive affirmations. (The good thing about this is that even if you found it difficult to get carried away in the induction, you will experience positive effects in your body and mind through the session.) During the session it becomes possible to experience impressions and images from past lives. and we ask at the end for a message from your higher self, specifically for you. Your higher self will respond to the intentions you set.

Bye Bye Monkey Mind!

We walk into a story together and try to quiet our Left hemisphere, which is responsible for calculations, analytical thinking. Your left hemisphere is the place in your brain that allows you to experience yourself as this particular individual in this time and space. It is the part of your brain that makes you self-aware.

By putting the "thinking" of the Left hemisphere in the background, we give space to your Right hemisphere to come more to the fore, this is the part of your brain that is responsible for intuition and creativity. It is the part of yourself that allows for a deeper "knowing" and it is drowned out in almost everyone by our Left hemisphere.

Dolores Cannon liked to refer to the left side of the brain as "Mister Stupid". When during a hypnosis session you feel yourself becoming self-conscious and you start asking yourself questions, it is always your monkey mind, or Mr. Stupid, standing in your way. It's the thoughts that hold you back, thoughts of worry, fear, (over) analyzing, living in the future and the past.

The Aftertalk

After the session we take some time to let what we experienced sink in, we write down our impressions and what we heard/saw. We will look at this together in group and give it a place. The experiences of others are also instructive to view.

If someone doesn't feel comfortable sharing something, this is of course not a requirement. Everyone can determine their own limits.

DO SOMETHING TODAY YOUR FUTURE SELF WILL THANK YOU FOR!
