
What can you do to prepare for a session?
Prepare the questionnaire
When you make the life-changing decision to book a session, you can start preparing your questionnaire.
If you find it difficult to start this, start with 1 question. You will notice that the questions will start flowing over time.
You may receive multiple pages. If this is the case, you can start to arrange the questions according to theme. The latter is not a requirement, but it makes it easier for yourself to find a common thread in your actual request(s) for help.
Practice visualization
An essential part of the hypnosis process is visualizing what is being said, if you are having difficulties maintaining your focus you can already practice through the videos below. Make sure you can lie down in a quiet room (you can also sit, whichever you find easiest) and try to follow the suggestions offered in the guided meditations.
Breathing exercises to relax
Depending on where you look you can find different breathing exercises, the first one is the "4-7-8 method".
It is the method that I personally prefer.
Inhale through your nose as you count to 7
Hold your breath for 4 counts
Exhale through your mouth as you count to 8
